This is a super simple tip, and that’s the beauty of it. Simply set a positive intention for yourself each morning. You could set an intention to have a great day with your kids or to have a stress-free day at work. You could set an intention to only say positive things about yourself and others. Focus on your intention and visualize it happening in detail.
You can think of an intention as you stir your morning coffee clockwise to bring that energy to you. Set an intention as you take a shower or when you look in the mirror. Take a few minutes each morning to create an intention for your day.
