Work is stressful. Whether you work in a big office building, a restaurant, a daycare or even from home, it’s easy to let work stress you out or overwhelm you. But the good news? We are witches, and we can do something about it! Let’s look at some magickal self-care ideas for work.

  • Set an intention for your day over your morning coffee. Stir your creamer clockwise and visualize your intention.
  • Use crystals to calm you (amethyst), protect yourself from rude coworkers or customers (smoky quartz) or to remind you how awesome you are (rose quartz). Place them on your desk, wear jewelry with a specific stone, put a crystal in your pocket or even drop one in your bra.
  • Learn how to shield yourself from gossiping coworkers, critical bosses or confrontational customers.
  • Use sigils for creativity, encouragement, calm, or protection. Place them under your keyboard, under your desk phone, or in your pocket.
  • Center yourself with breathing or grounding exercises to calm you before a big presentation or before a meeting with your manager.
  • Use meditations on your lunch break to calm you or motivate you.
